CONNOR KOCH - BRAND DIRECTOR
Mountain athlete and storyteller Connor Koch lives and trains in Mammoth Lakes, CA. After climbing all 58 14,000-ft. peaks in Colorado, he honed his focus on fast and light alpine objectives, from technical Grade V routes in a day, to high-altitude peak bagging. Proud ascents include the Thunderbolt to Sill Traverse, and an onsight solo of Bear Creek Spire.
COLIN REX - CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Colin Rex is an adventure photographer based in Denver, Colorado. Colin's love for harsh climates has led him to the far corners of the globe, where he combines photography, writing, and videography to create visual identities for leading brands. In 2017, he had work featured in The Climate Museum and was named a Top 100 Photographer of the Year by Unsplash.
JONNY MORSICATO - OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Jonny Morsicato is a mountain endurance athlete based in Denver, Colorado. Life led Jonny to the mountains and left him enamored with the struggle for higher altitudes, where his outdoor interests are honed on endurance sports and type 3 fun. He is a Colorado 14ers finisher and currently holds the FKT for his North to South crossing of Iceland.
NICK SMILLIE - PRODUCTION
From surfing to freediving to whitewater sports, Nick Smillie is a waterman in the truest sense. Currently working on his Masters in Environmental Science in Charleston, South Carolina, Nick serves as our sustainability coordinator and camera assistant. Ever in tune with his surroundings, he's been known to catch fish using only his sense of smell.
ERIN KEY - MEDIA MANAGER
Erin Key is an outdoor enthusiast and creative digital strategist living in Colorado. She uses her passion for visual imagery to promote that the outdoors are for everyone — and that by working together, we can diversify the outdoors, one person at a time. Erin is an ambassador for the Salomon Squad and Arc’teryx Denver.
CHRISTIAN VAN OS KEULS - ART DIRECTOR
Raised in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, Christian Van Os Keuls now spends his time in the high-altitude peaks of the Rockies. An art director by trade, he is a true creative at heart, and equally passionate in exploring the outdoors. Christian has climbed 21 of Colorado’s 14ers, and in 2019 successfully summited the highest mountain in Africa - Mount Kilimanjaro.
NERISSA CANNON - CONTRIBUTOR
Nerissa is an adaptive rock climber and adventure enthusiast living in Southern Utah. One of her proudest accomplishments is summiting the 14,060ft. Mt. Beirstadt in Colorado using her all-terrain wheelchair and an incredible rope team. Nerissa has shared her stories with the likes of BBC News, the National Parks Foundation, and Roadtrippers.
GIAN VISCIANO - CONTRIBUTOR
Gian is a mountain athlete born, raised, and now based in Colorado. He spent most of his adult life in California taking weekly road trips to Yosemite to climb some of the nation’s most notorious and difficult bouldering problems. Since returning to Colorado, Gian has diversified his outdoor pursuits to include trail running, bikepacking, and backcountry skiing.
MICHELI OLIVER - CONTRIBUTOR
Micheli Oliver was born and raised on the lands of the Cheyenne, Ute, and Arapaho peoples, also known as Colorado. She has climbed and skied all of the Volcanoes in Washington, completed 35 of the Colorado 14ers, and told the stories of Indigenous peoples for brands such as Natives Outdoors, On the Land Media, Powder Magazine, and Patagonia.

Mitchell is a Mammoth Lakes, CA, based filmmaker, photographer and athlete specializing in rugged and wild adventure mountain sports, both commercially and personally. Amongst many disciplines, ski mountaineering and mountain running are his fields of choice when pushing the envelope.

Outdoor educator, splitboarder, and aspiring trail runner Kahle Toothill lives in Boulder, CO. From couloirs on a remote Alaskan glacier to the dusty trails of Africa’s highest peak, Kahle finds freedom in mountain pursuits. She volunteers at a Colorado non-profit to help people realize their potential in new, intimidating environments.

Charlie Firer is an adventure athlete based in Bozeman, MT, who challenges himself through demanding mountain objectives combining climbing, running, swimming, biking, and skiing. Charlie currently holds the FKT for the Moran Picnic in the Tetons and has completed The Grand Traverse (Tetons) and Cirque Traverse (Wind River Range) in under a day.
